[MC-229156] GLFW error 65542: WGL: after installation of Version 1.17

After installation of Version 1.17 we can not play Minecraft anylonger

Looks like Driver Version: 15.28.24.4229 might be the most current

Also you listed Java 8, make sure to use Java 16
