[MC-229472] Top of the blocks in the inventory are blurred

The top part of a block appears to be blurred in the inventory menu.

I should mention also that it appears normal in the hand of the player.

This happens to blocks like cobblestone, wood, leaves but not items, and blocks that don't have a complete top like fences.

I'm not sure but the blocks also appear to be kind of blurred when in the hotbar.

This report is invaild because there is no way it can be blurred, It must be your graphics card issue or your HDMI input (the age of it can cause blur effect to occur).

I don't see the issue here. In the screenshot you've provided, the top faces of blocks within the inventory do not appear to be blurred and instead appear as they should.
