[MC-229508] Zombie Pigman spawn rates 1.17

I open up a nether portal and out came 3 zombie pigman, with 2 more spawning just about every second through my portal. Please help! (1.17) Also, there were no pigman in the nether portal spawn area

What is the "randomTickSpeed" gamerule set to?

This bug is fixed, it was a problem on my end. RandomTickSpeed was like 200
