Jump-On-Wool detect

When jumping or falling onto wool, in such a way that the block directly beneath you is air, it gets picked up by Sculk sensors.  I think the reason for this is because the player is on top of a air block, and not a wool block or a block using tag #minecraft:occludes_vibration_signals.
