[MC-229919] Bees don't recognize beehives or bee nests with a campfire directly below and a block on top

Placing a beehive or bee nest directly on top a campfire with a block that has collision will prevent the bees from pathfinding to the hive/nest. If the bee is next to the hive/nest they will still enter.

I can confirm that bees won't return to a nest that has a campfire directly below it and an oak leaf block above it in 1.17.1 pre-release 2. This also seems to occur in 1.16.5. Maybe it's caused by the bee trying to avoid being burnt by the campfire?

This needs to be reopened, it was not fixed in 24w11a despite the changelog.
