i went to save my hotbar but i cant because the order is 5 4 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 so i cant save the first 2 hotbars

You are experiencing this issue because you have altered your controls in your settings. Simply navigate to the controls menu "Options > Controls", and then locate the "Inventory" section. Then, simply reset the appropriate buttons and you should be good to go. 😃
