Walking on grass blocks/grass only plays soft sounds

Grass sounds are not playing correctly while walking on grass blocks or grass. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Play the game in 1.17 and walk around on grass blocks and grass. The sound is lower or seems like it is playing only a soft sound while you walk.

2.  Play version 1.16.5 to compare. Make sure sound volume settings are exactly the same as you had them on 1.17 version. Walk on grass blocks and grass. While walking you hear both soft and louder sounds while walking around, compared to 1.17
