Tripwire blocks do not update to powered when fishing bobbers snap to item frames
What I expected to happen was...:
The tripwire block's powered tag would change to true while the fishing bobber's hitbox intersected with the tripwire block after snapping to an item frame.
What actually happened was...:
The tripwire block's powered tag did not update, despite the fishing bobber's hitbox intersecting with the tripwire block.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place an item frame on the side of a block.
2. Place a tripwire block on the one above the block the item frame is occupying.
3. Step back so you don't click the item frame and cast a fishing rod right at or below the item frame, so the bobber does not pass through the tripwire before snapping to the item frame.
