Reproduce
Get a fishing rod
Place some ice
Go to the side of the ice and be right next to it
Throw your bobber out
Observed Result
The fishing rod bobber went inside the ice
Expected Result
The bobber wouldn't go inside the ice
This doesn't affect ice but effects every block when right next to it you can just see it more clearly with ice
