It’s interesting to note that if you use System Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts > Function Keys > Use function keys as standard function keys, the F3+F5 combo works as intended. It’s only the combo fn+F3+F5 that doesn’t seem to work. As previously noted, fn+F3+F4 and F3+F4 work as intended.
So glad to be able to be able to play minecraft without having the patience of a saint
I play Minecraft Bedrock edition, just updated it to 1.21.90 and am getting this same issue
Looks like this issue has been finally fixed in the latest preview as the changelog says! Next stable release should bring the fix to everyone! “Only” took a year, but at least they fixed it. https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/18619357250701-Minecraft-Beta-Preview-1-20-30-22
@darknavi That's what I thought at first as well, but after removing all content (I uninstalled BDS completely and reinstalled without changing anything so it creates a brand new fresh world) the issue still remained tho the interval between the crashes seemed to be a bit longer. The issue is definitely not caused by content, but it may be aggravated by them. The mystery is why this doesn't seem to happen to every single person.
can anyone confirm if this happens in 1.19.81?
@Matthew Dietrich EXACTLY! As a temporary solution, i suggest moving your BDS server to realm. It has 10 player limitation, but at least no crashes that i'm aware of.
Come on Mojang! This has been happening for 8 MONTHS NOW! That is ALMOST A YEAR and still not fixed. My server crashes every 1-2 hours with 6-10 players online... If this is not fixed all the work I put into my server is lost.
And moderators: can't you do something? like bumping this issue up? I haven't seen a single comment from a dev for a long time since this issue was open.
Hi man, this same issue happened to me.
Download the latest Java JDK file: https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/
Also make sure your Java is up to date. This should help.

luke
Ah my bad, I didn't know that. Thank you.
Hello! Yes that makes sense now. I reported this because the issue i am having is with a custom item that runs /titleraw and /tellraw commands when the players click on the item. The /titleraw and /tellraw that are supposed to run when the player clicks the item doesn't work when they're muted, but should work as they're not being ran directly by the player, but by an addon that is running the command as the player. It works on command blocks, but not when ran by addons. That's what i meant to report haha.
Yes, however here it drops the gold, leaving it behind (unlike when attacked).
However, when you get far enough, signs disappear when looking through the Spyglass anyway.
It renedered it perfectly for me.
I've had this issue on my previous server, which i had to entirely delete because of these tickingareas causing extremely high RAM usage. Not sure if this is still an issue, but if the devs did nothing then it probably is. I'm now scared of making my server non-whitelisted again because of hackers who might spawn agents and create the issue again.
PLEASE VOTE FOR THE ISSUE ABOVE ^^ (MCPE-130250)**
I'm having this issue, but when using /tp to teleports players to distant Y coordinates. For example, teleporting an a player from y=90 to y=30 and vice-versa.
I really don't understand how you guys can leave an issue of this size unfixed for 1 fricking year. (Yes, I have this issue since the day 1 when Bedrock was released on Ps4). Just put old and big issues like this in the top of the list instead of fixing small issues every update... The stupid button hold thing doesn't work for most people (like me) and having to reinstall the game every day is not a possibility for people who have slow internet connections (like me). I paid for a game and every time I want to play that game I get stressed instead of relaxed...
I am using a custom server, i dont know if it has to do with what i used to get the server, but i used Aternos (aternos.org)
Edit: The reason this is really annoying is because then i can't use Slappers/NPC's
I believe this may have been resolved, see
