Hi. Horse, donkey, etc. broke after the update. I didn't have this problem before updating to 1.21.130. I'm not using any texture or behavior packs. My device's processor is Snapdragon 865. The horse is neither running nor reacting very slowly. Please fix the problem.

Yes, this is a big problem, it’s like all the horses, donkeys and mules have really bad input delay. I believe this happened because they used the skeleton horse code to make the horses able to swim or something, because skeleton horses have always been like that. But now normal horses are too.
We're tracking this issue at MCPE-231719, so this report is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
That report has already been resolved as working as intended, which means this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed.

Please don't respond in a mocking way. What you're posting has nothing to do with my problem. I started experiencing this problem after the new update.
This problem didn't exist in version 1.21.124. There's a terrible delay in the new version. I request that you report this excessive delay to the technical team. I'm not the only one saying this.
That’s exactly what MCPE-231719 is about, and as explained by Mojang in a comment, this change was intentional.
We, as players, are not happy with this situation. Also, it moves very slowly in the water. This update is not beneficial to us, it's detrimental. Vehicles move very slowly. Even when using a boat, it reacts very slowly. We demand that this be fixed. If you watch the video I've attached to the post, you'll understand the extent of the delay.
The same problem exists on the boat as well.
