All the animated, ui, and mob textures break randomly

Every time I join Minecraft, there is a bug where some random textures are just broken and swapped around with different textures, usually animated textures, mobs, or the Ui. It is the worst bug I have ever experience in the game and I have been playing for a long time, I'm not sure how to reproduce it, but if I leave and rejoin, some textures are fixed but others break, it just swaps around randomly, this bug has been around at least since the happy ghast update. And I'm not the only one that experiences this, the youtuber Evidentp also experiences this bug, it happens in his videos and streams. Also, it's not related to any texture packs, it also happens on default textures. I believe the first time I experienced it was on May 11th.
