Summary:
Opening a world with the Framerate Limit setting set to Unlimited and v-sync disabled may cause various parts of the game to have incorrect or broken textures.
This issue is not present in 1.21.71.
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftWindowsBeta_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftpe
Open options.txt and set gfx_vsync to 0
Open Minecraft and set the Framerate Limit setting to Unlimited in Settings > Video
Open a world
Observe the textures of blocks, entities, and the UI
If the textures look normal, exit and reopen the world
Observed Results:
Various parts of the game have incorrect or broken textures.
Expected Results:
The game should show the correct textures.

this can be fixed by manually set a frame limit for minecraft preview in nvidia control panel (at least it worls for me)

my issue is not on preview
