Broken or incorrect textures after loading a world with Framerate Limit set to Unlimited and v-sync disabled

Summary:

Opening a world with the Framerate Limit setting set to Unlimited and v-sync disabled may cause various parts of the game to have incorrect or broken textures.

This issue is not present in 1.21.71.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftWindowsBeta_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftpe

  2. Open options.txt and set gfx_vsync to 0

  3. Open Minecraft and set the Framerate Limit setting to Unlimited in Settings > Video

  4. Open a world

  5. Observe the textures of blocks, entities, and the UI

  6. If the textures look normal, exit and reopen the world

Observed Results:

Various parts of the game have incorrect or broken textures.

Expected Results:

The game should show the correct textures.

this can be fixed by manually set a frame limit for minecraft preview in nvidia control panel (at least it worls for me)
