Bedrock PC bug that Text and block texture bugs

I have seen such bugText and textures seaweed, and lanterns are glitching. I am playing Minecraft in japanese but I can see another language. I have been seeing that bug for about 3 months now.Sometimes it doesn't fix the problem even after restarting.
