Essentially, what the bug does is that when opening a world or joining a server, certain textures are swapped with other textures making the game look really weird. Textures can be swapped with ANYTHING such as the UI, player, mobs & items.
I already FULLY uninstalled Minecraft and reinstalled it, but still the issue continues.
(KEEP IN MIND: NO RESOURCE PACKS ARE BEING USED OR HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AT ALL)
