Yes, it is still an issue in the latest Preview 26.70.21. I’ve changed the description of this issue for the latest version.
It was actually caused by that machine on the right I made for fun, and it is fixed in the latest version.

It is fixed in the latest version. But the description of the reset button is incorrect. It says “Restore all video settings to their original values“, which doesn’t mention that it won’t reset the Graphic Mode.
It still has some tiny leaks while change the settings, but overall I think it is fixed.
I don’t think it is an issue anymore, since now changing Graphic Modes reloads all chunks.
Still affects 26.52 and 26.60.29

This is not a bug. This is literally how every GDK game on Xbox PC is launched.

I didn’t use any mods.
I have reinstalled both the launcher and the game. (Thanks to the GDK update, I actually don’t have to back up files before uninstalling.)
Note: For me, it won’t open the world even if the game is already launched. This issue happens in both the release and preview versions.
This issue persists because Minecraft is still getting new songs, but this tip is not updated along with them.
