Vibrant Visuals: Activated parts on rails are too bright.

This issue is related to MCPE-220950.

Activated parts on rails are too bright, the only time you can see the top texture of rails is when at nighttime and you are looking at somewhere else. If you look directly at them at night time, or when it is day, the activated part of them will only have one color of red.
