Massive lag spikes depending on randomTickSpeed gamerule

If we set randomTickSpeed gamerule to huge amount like 100000, Minecraft will then do huge lag spikes even though the frame rate is untouched. This is so weird, why a single gamerule should create that big lag spikes!? It even goes outside of the screen!

Partially, the parent ticket does not say about lag spikes occuring in certain values.

It only says about world freeze, and not lag.

this is caused by every chunk in the game receiving 100000 randomticks per gametick? i think lagging a bit is to be expected
