[MC-231107] spawn chunks reset

on my creative world that i used for 1.16 and now 1.17 had alot of stuff at spawn but the spawn chunks have been redone with new genaration and biomes. did some testing and apparently world has lost its seed and became 0 spawn chunks plus new chunks generate as seed 0.

one difference is that this did not happen upon updating the world and the spawn chunks have been loaded several times on 1.17 before the glitch appeared.

Do you use any data packs that alter how the world is being generated?

i have never entered this world with any data packs.

I was unable to reproduce this issue in 1.17.1.
