[MC-231132] Server NullPointer on Superflat world based on Dragon Eggs

Steps to reproduce

Create new world
More world options
Seed 5978064526607747848
Worldtype: Superflat
Customize
Presets
Enter preset - minecraft:dragon_egg
Create world, move from spawn point into eggs layer and wait until you die (when dragon eggs will start to fall), the exception should appear right after the player death
