[MC-231198] Parts of mushrooms trees can be replaced with stone near lava pools

The Bug

Parts of a mushroom tree can be replaced with stone from a lava pool. In the screenshots below it shows the Mushroom Stem & Red Mushroom Block being replaced though Brown Mushroom Blocks could also be potentially replaced as well.

I was not able to reproduce this issue using the provided seed and coordinates.

Try flying to the coordinates rather then teleporting

Could be fixed by adding mushroom stems and blocks to the #lava_pool_stone_cannot_replace tag.
