When you are in a minecart on a waterlogged rail while driving with our head in a cauldron of lava you will be set on fire.
Steps to reproduce:
Place waterlogged rail
On top of rail place cauldron filled with lava.
Get in minecart on rail
You will be set on fire while being visibly in water.
