[MC-231228] Items missing when I log back into Realm

What I expected to happen was...:
Describe what you thought should happen here: I expected my inventory to be present

What actually happened was...:
Describe what happened here: All my items are missing every time I get back on the realm. I also lose progress, experience points, and it usually starts me in a location that I was not in when I got off.

Does REALMS-4224 fit?

I don't think so. I lose all items and experience, and 4224 said only some progress is reset.

In that case, please provide some screenshots or videos demonstrating this behavior whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled. Additionally supplying some steps on how to go about reproducing this would also be greatly appreciated.
