Hi! Today I was playing on my survival world 1.17 (now 1.17.1) and I was going to plant some sugar canes. I accidentally placed it in the water and its still there. I tried to do it with other blocks and I could place it on dirt and gravel (I really don't know why). It's like doors, I can breathe in it.
I'm playing since 2012 and that's the first version where I saw that you can place a sugar cane in the water, on the gravel.
