Bedrock gets destroyed after around 10 End Crystals got destroyed on top of it.

Bug Description?
I am very surprised when I placed (around) 10 End Crystals and destroying them on top of bedrock will destroy the bedrock. Same goes for obsidian. Has not been tested on command blocks, ancient debris, barrier blocks, netherite blocks and in Bedrock Edition. Tested in Creative Mode.

How to Reproduce?
1. Grab either Obsidian or Bedrock.
2. Grab at least 10 End Crystals (I recommend 20).
3. Place and destroy each one on top of the block.
4. You should note that it would be destroyed.

Any Reasoning?
This relates to a few ways to break bedrock in Survival, even though this has been tested in Creative Mode. No other plausible reasoning can be found.
