[MC-231636] Chickens randomly jump, even when they aren't next to a block or something they cant jump over

Chickens, (including babies) jump , even when they aren't next to a block or something they cant jump over like a wall or fence, and it makes them escape from pens sometimes if you use carpets to get in or out
