After constructing my first of 2 trading halls, I started to notice the Villagers restocking a bit more than what the wiki says. A similar issue had appeared in 1.14.4, and has been fixed.
They seem to be restocking 3-4 times a day, rather than the 2 times per day that the Wiki states it does.
Steps to reproduce:
IMPORTANT: Do note that I am not 100% certain that this is the exact way to reproduce it, but based on my experience, it seems to occur when I do the following.
1. As soon as they stock up, trade with them till you cannot
NOTE: I traded with them during work hours, which seems to be a contributing factor**
2. Once they restock for the second time that day, trade with them till you cannot.
3. They should restock for a 3rd/4th time

I have not tested this on any other Villager other than farmers*

I am unable to remove the post, but I can confirm that this is a misunderstanding. The Villagers restock twice per day, but if you do not trade with them the previous day, they will have their trades as stocked for the next day. Then they restock twice and stop. I apologize for any inconvenience this caused anyone
