Wrong Loaction Mob Duplication

After a short while of playing, the server shows a "(Severe) Incorrect (mob) location (a series of coords)." The server also generates the mob again and again for every "incorrect location" message. This has happened 3 times; 2 with Pigmen and 1 with pigs
