I have a problem with a server that has some mods but I played it with mods for 3 months. So the problem happened when I moved from 8 to 64 chunks I just wanted to try. And this happened. I will be very happy if you can help me to solve this bug. I'm adding some screenshots to see.

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.17.1 and the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
