[MC-232014] flying machines rotate netherrack

when attactched a peace of nether rack to a flying machine it just seems to rotate the netherracks textures when flying

This happens because netherrack, like grass blocks, get their textures randomly rotated depending on their position in the world.

Rotation is a function of position and not tracked within a individual block. Thus this is not a bug
