Inconsistency in tab completion for type=

It appears to prioritise the first letter of the second or third words in some cases.

Example: /kill @e[type=i shows minecraft:glow_item_frame first

It was like this in 1.16 Pre-release 6 after MC-182309 was resolved, so "type=" must have not been included somehow.

I can confirm that this is an issue.
