Boat clutch glitch (first found after Dream performed it)

This isn't a duplicate, this is a different mechanic that sets your velocity to 0.

You're in the boat, fall damage is reset/no longer applicable, that is MC-105103, and intentional.

Not the stopping fall damage part, but the resetting your momentum part

You can do the same thing with end portal frames + putting an ender eye in the slot while falling So it's definitely not intentional.
