[MC-232475] My minecraft account randomly became a demo

I was just using my minecraft, I went to eat and when i started up the launcher later, (About an hour or so later) It lets me log in correctly but it says that my account is a demo account. I have no idea what happened, and my profile on minecraft.net and mojang are good secure and it says I'm still a valid account but the launcher is saying that my account is for demo and not standard play. I know this isn't true because I was playing normally like I always do... Help?
