I can't seem to change the skin, not even to alex's skin. It always stays as steve. I reinstalled the game but it doesn't solve the problem. I even try to find any incompatible software to minecraft as mentioned after i googled about the issue and managed to find 2 and remove it straight away. Then i try to launch minecraft but nothing change. My skin still appear as steve. Pls help me i'm terrified at steve. I see him everywhere now. This is critical. Pls help me :'(

Could be malware or something interfering with the laucher(read it in MC-101571)
But I've tried the method and manage to find 2 uncompatible software but it didn't work. Also I've tried to run the malware scan but it says my system happen to doesn't contain any. I'm so clueless on what to do now 😞
