Sometimes I can't find the illagers in a raid.So I used command:
/effect give @e[type=#minecraft:raiders] minecraft:glowing
Let all illagers glowing, I found a pillager in the cave.
Can you fix it? Like let all illagers only can spawning above y=64.

There should be a check that the pillagers can only spawn when all blocks above it are transparent blocks.
