[MC-233174] Walking on Amethyst Blocks produces the subtitle "Amethyst chimes" but walking on Amethyst Clusters does not.

Walking on Amethyst Blocks produces the subtitle "Amethyst chimes" but walking on Amethyst Clusters does not.

What I expected to happen was...:
When walking on Amethyst Blocks, the subtitle "Amethyst chimes" and the noises associated with walking on amethyst occurs, and I expected the amethyst clusters to behave the same way.

What actually happened was...:
Walking on amethyst clusters does not produce the subtitle "Amethyst chimes".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Walk on an Amethyst Block and the subtitle "Amethyst chimes" will appear.
2. Walk on an Amethyst Cluster and the subtitle "Amethyst chimes" will not appear.

But shouldn't they have the subtitles if they produce the same sounds as amethyst blocks? Even if the buds/clusters are not part of the tag, they still do produce those sounds, and sounds should be subtitled.
