Comparators not working correctly with 1 tick signal

When you create a 1-tick-signal in any way and put this signal into a row of comparators, then the last comparator does not get powered.

When you exchange the last comparator by a repeater, then this works as expected.

When you exchange the first comparator by a repeater, then the signal dies at exactly this repeater.
