Villagers can get hit by their own fireworks in rare cases

The bug

Villagers can get hit by their own fireworks in rare cases. This shouldn't happen as MC-147013 was fixed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a small platform very high in the air and place a bell.

2. Summon lots of villagers, creating an overcrowded village.
3. Give yourself bad omen and wait for the raid bar to fill up and end immediately (MC-158389), as the bar says "Raid - Victory".
4. Wait for the villagers to celebrate and start shooting fireworks.
5. ❌ They hit themselves with their own fireworks.

This might take several minutes to reproduce, as it's not very frequent. I found that occasionally placing blocks above them helps. Sometimes the force of the fireworks explosion causes them to push themselves off the platform edge, and the game logs "Villager hit the ground too hard whilst trying to escape Villager" which is hilarious.

Observed results

The villagers got hit by their own fireworks

Expected results

Villagers should not be able to hit themselves with their own fireworks, or villager fireworks should not cause damage to other villagers, as this causes MC-195326.

This occurs in bedrock as well with the new “Raid Victory” update. I’ve lost a lot of important librarians that I had locked up “for their safety” due to this new feature. I would hate to have to build all my new villager homes with open ceilings.😞
