Most of the nether mobs (like piglins, brute piglins, hoglins, piglins) attack goats that ram them.
And in the 1.17 notes is written that any mob rammed by goats will not retaliate
Summon or spawn a goat (better if a screaming one) /summon minecraft:goat ~ ~ ~ {IsScreamingGoat:true}
Go in the nether
Spawn a hoglin, piglin, piglin brute or zoglin
When the goat will ram one of them, the rammed mob will retaliate.
