When a group of drowneds attack an axolotl some of the far away drowneds can still attack the axolotl even if the axolotl is playing dead.
This is a very annoying bug if you are in a survival world and you are doing a sea esploration with some axolotls.

"Modified" means using a mod such as OptiFine or Paper. Normally, using a mod invalidates the report but as this issue has been reproduced in vanilla, it should probably be resolved as a duplicate of MC-228448.
