[MC-233896] Fishing rod not giving good loot at all

Okay so when I started fishing I noticed after an hour of non afk fishing I wasn't getting any loot and I have a maxed fishing rod, and I made sure the water source was big enough like an ocean, I asked my friend to start fishing and he was getting the loot so I am now confused because I am the only one experiencing this bug. expecting the fix asap

What I expected to happen was:
Get any loot at all by fishing

What actually happened was:
Every time I'm about to get something good from fishing nothing drops just like you pull too early

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a fishing rod
2. Go fishing
3. Getting good loot like enchanted books and bows is EXTREMELY RARE

Did you make sure to have sky access while fishing?

Yes I made sure but when my friend tried it worked for him so I'm the only one affected by the bug
