[MC-234064] Unable to directly feed cakes to pandas

Summary: You are unable to right-click a cake on a panda to feed it.

How to reproduce:

Summon a panda and get a cake.
Attempt to directly feed the panda cake by right-clicking on it.

Notes: For whatever reason, this is not the case with bamboo, as you can still right-click bamboo on a panda to feed/breed it. Dropping a cake also allows the panda to eat the cake, which creates another bug (MC-234063).

I don't think it is intended. From the Minecraft wiki page for Cake: "The player can also feed a panda cake by right-clicking the panda while holding the cake, which the panda eats like eating bamboo."

My bad. It seems like it was never a feature, not even in 18w43a where they were first introduced.

Can confirm in 21w44a but this is probably a feature request, as this was never the case.
