[MC-234273] when i buy minecraft it does not work and says there is a error

Every single time i buy it it will say that a error happened when it was downloading and it is annoying fix it please

We payed already 2x the full version (46.- sFr) and cant start the full version. we only get the demo version. Please give us the entry of the full version. Thanks a lot!
