(OK, I know it says Future Version - 1.18+, but this bug affects the 3rd EXPERIMENTAL SNAPSHOT) Aquifers and Cave Pillars still bug sometimes, creating these random holes that just go into the ocean, and the Pillars do stick out of the water (though it looks cool).

The experimental snapshots are not supported on the bug tracker; they're only currently for gathering feedback, not bug reports. Once the generation comes out of experimental, you can report issues about it.

We have removed it and added the latest released version
Please edit the Affects Version/s field and select the specific Released Version you were using when you encountered the reported issue.
