comparator can't take outputs from some hoppers (watch video for more) (Affects 1.17 and 1.17.1)
Environment
windows 10 (latest version) Java (latest version) running on an i5 4210U CPU, and the integrated GPU. in the video I am running optifine although I have been able to replace it on
Note:(the mouse shown on the crosshair in the video is a bug with the recording software)

If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
