The Sun was replaced by a map of mine

I had just made a backup of my world and booted it up. 100% vanilla, no mods or extensions. I get to work but then look up to notice the sun isn't right. It appears similar to a map I have. I wait till night and the moon is fine, but the next morning the sun is still wrong
Steps to Reproduce:
1. I have been playing on this world for about a month and had made a map.
2. I made a backup and logged on
3. the sun was wrong
