[MC-235107] Cant Connect To Server

I tried to join my friends server but, it keeps on showing a weird message. I tried it on Hypixel but it also doe's not work because I need help trying to connect I tried and restarting the internet but it does not work so help me trying to figure out how to connect to multiplayer.
