Hello, Mojang. On my account everyone is Steve and Alex. I have used the moderator note, community support, and I have searched on google ways to fix this problem, so far nothing has worked. 
When I went on the discord server a bot replied saying to use this linkhttps://minecrafthopper.net/help/hjt/

Hello, so on my account unfortunately everyone is Steve or Alex. I have tried to doing.     - 1. Resetting wifi
2. Restarting computer                3. downloading Minecraft again  4.  All that’s provided in this link below  MC-101579                    Moderator Note
This issue is usually caused by malware or other software that is interfering with Minecraft.
If you have this issue, check whether you have any incompatible software installed, and if so, remove it from your computer.
Also, try to run a Adware & Malware Scan (e.g. Malwarebytes Adwcleaner & Anti-Malware), and report back if this issue occurs after a full scan and clean.
If that didn't solve the issue, please contact community support (linked below) for further assistance.
Quick Links:                                         It started about a week ago and the only thing that might have caused this is that I tried putting the hit boxes on. Using f3 + b + fn + h + alt.  Also, I couldn’t figure out a way to do this so I pressed a few other keys as well.  But everyone could’ve already been Steve when I tried to do this and I just didn’t realize. Also, I searched on google what to do about this and tried a lot of those techniques as well. And so far nothing has worked. Please help. My wifi isn’t that bad either so no clue what happened.
