[MC-235581] Can't connect to server

When I made an server it says "Can't connect to server" and when I join it, it says "Unknown Host"
It happened in Multiplayer

Did you port-forward? A client cannot connect if the server's network doesn't direct the signal.

I was waiting like 2 hours but the server keep say Can't connect to server
