[MC-235746] A bug to where if you are close to lava on this black it acts as if your swimming in lava.

As I was rolling around in the nether I managed to spot a bug, It might be intentional but I want to make sure. Since walking on a soul sand brings you closer to the ground this causes some weird effect. If you stand on the edge of a soul sand block that has lava on the side your on it will deplete your health like your swimming in lava and you become even slower. It also set me on fire
